At Zooo Pet Supplies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
For hygiene reasons, opened or heavily used products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
